SHIPPING

All products will be sent by home delivery service and will be made available to the carrier within a maximum of two working days.

RF25 RACING TEAM S.L. will not be held responsible for any delivery errors that may occur if the delivery address provided by the user in the order form is incorrect or incomplete.

Delivery times may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In the event of a delay in delivery, the site administrator will inform its users as soon as it becomes aware of it.

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment the courier makes the product available to the user, which is done by means of the control system used by the transport company.

Delays in delivery are not considered to be cases in which the order has been placed at the User's disposal by the carrier within the time limit and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the User.

DELIVERY DETAILS, NON-DELIVERY AND LOSS OF PRODUCTS

In the case of shipments with a tracking number, the website administrator will contract with the courier service or Correos España to carry out a series of tracking actions in order to ensure that delivery takes place.

If delivery has not taken place within 7 days of the order being sent, the user must contact the website administrator.

If the User fails to do so, the order will be returned 14 working days after it has been dispatched and the User will be responsible for the costs of dispatching and returning the order, as well as any associated administrative costs.

If the reason for not being able to make the delivery is the loss of the order, RF25 RACING TEAM SL, will initiate an investigation that will delay the delivery of the order from one to three weeks, a circumstance that the administrator will resolve with the customer.

CARE IN DELIVERY

The User must verify the good condition of the order with the carrier who delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the order.

If, after checking the products, the user discovers any anomaly, such as signs of tampering or damage caused by the delivery, he/she undertakes to inform the administrator by e-mail at pedidos@raulfernandez25.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.
